Need to hire a megaphone / bullhorn / loudhailer?

For many events attended by the general public, a megaphone is a useful tool to address and control the crowds. It could be a music festival, village fete, sports tournament, training or coaching, a fair, a march or demonstration, conference, concert, film shoot, event stewarding, fire safety marshall, you name it - if you need to be able to get your message across to a large group of people, use a megaphone.

Often megaphones are a key requirement for stewards and safety staff at public events - you need to be able to give instructions to the public - especially in case of fire, overcrowding, evacuation or other emergency situations.

For many public events, megaphones are a requirement of the event's licence, to aid with fire evacuations or other emergencies.

These are properly loud megaphones, not the little 5 or 10 watt units that are of little use, especially outdoors where background noise levels and wind makes it necessary to use a more powerful loudhailer to be heard.

We only have one model of megaphone for hire, as pictured and described on this page.

You can collect the megaphones from our office in West Hampstead/Kilburn, NW London (4 stops from Baker Street on the Jubilee Line) or we can send them to you by courier. Delivery charge is usually £11 + VAT, although it may be more for large numbers

We normally want payment via credit/debit card before hired megaphones are sent out, but we can accept payment by cheque or bank transfer as well

We take payment using all debit and credit cards including American Express.

If a hand-held megaphone is not enough, we also hire out PA systems via our sister company Big Noise.
