You can also email us to say you wish to make a hire booking - make sure to include all relevant details: your name, company or organisation name, invoice address, delivery address if this is different, contact telephone numbers etc.
If you requested and received a quotation on our web site, and wish to go ahead with it, then just reply to the email that you received and say you want to go ahead with this quotation.
We usually require payment at the time of booking using any debit or credit card.
We accept all types, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, etc.
We may accept payment by cheque or bank transfer, if there is time for the payment to go through before the equipment is collected or despatched, although we may still require a card number as well.
If you are known to us, or for other customers, at our discretion, we may allow you credit terms.
We may also wish to take a deposit on a card or in cash, although is is not always necessary.
If you are not known to us, we may insist on pre-payment and also on seeing ID and proof of address documents before we can hire to you.
We might need a good ID document like a passport or driving licence, and then also some proof of your address, like a recent bank statement or utility bill.
If the hire is in the name of a business, we may want to see a business card or letterhead.

We will then get an email with all of the details that you entered, and can then book it in and send you an invoice.
But, you cannot actually pay for radio hire online.
The reason we do not offer a completely "automated" online booking system, is that we prefer to speak to people to clarify what they actually need, and to ensure that we can definitely provide the equipment for the dates and duration that they require.
Since there are many practical issues affecting whether we can do a hire, including delivery arrangements , deadlines and timescales, overlapping or conflicting hire bookings, etc, we do not want to allow people to book and pay online, only to have to disappoint them later on.
You can, however, email us to ask us to book in to hire some radios.
