This is a "stubby" 10cm antenna for the Quansheng TG330 walkie-talkie.

the Quansheng TG330 walkie talkie comes with a 17cm "flexi" antenna as standard. Some users prefer to have a shorter antenna. 

This one is rigid and 10cms long. The antennas just screw on and off the walkie-talkie, so changing them over is simple.
